We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented administrator to support our Examinations and Sixth Form teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, remain calm and accurate under pressure, and be committed to providing an excellent service to students, parents and colleagues. They will bring professionalism, discretion and a positive, collaborative approach to this important role.

About You

Base:
The Bay Hub - Sixth Form Centre and Kowloon Bay Campus

Working Times:
7.45am to 3.45pm, Monday to Friday

Permanent full-time position:
Term-Time only contract, plus 10 additional days to be worked during school holidays

Kellett is a through-train school from Reception to Year 13 with two preparatory campuses and one senior campus. Student roll currently is 1625; Senior Y7-Y11 590, Senior Y12-13 226; KLB Prep 324; PFL Prep 485.
