About The Role

Kellett School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Finance Assistant. 

Role Function:
 
Under the direction of the Accountant, the Finance Assistant will provide general support to the finance team and primarily undertake processing of Accounts Payable transactions (including orders for goods and services) on the iFinance System. 

Distinguishing characteristics, features, requirements:

This is a full-time role dealing first-hand with a wide range of stakeholders both within and outside of the School, as such the postholder must possess good Cantonese and English communication skills (including written and spoken) and the ability to respond to all communications exercising a high level of tact, professionalism and diplomacy.  

In the absence of the Head of Finance the role-holder will report to the Accountant.

Terms and Conditions

Location: Kowloon Bay Campus 

Working times: 0800-1600 Monday to Friday

Holidays: 20 Days Annual Leave
