About The Role

MAIN PURPOSE 
 
This is a new and pivotal role at Kellett School, central to the success of the school’s Strategic Vision: Kellett 2035. The Head of Community Outreach and Service Learning will lead the development and implementation of a dynamic, inclusive and impactful outreach and service-learning programme across the school. The post holder will foster meaningful connections between students, staff, families and the wider Hong Kong community, embedding service as a core part of Kellett’s culture and educational experience. 

The role includes strategic responsibility for expanding the School’s Outreach Programme, which currently operates on weekends, into a broader offering that in the first instance includes a self-sustaining Summer School. The post holder will also work closely with staff to develop student leadership and community service programmes, empowering students to take initiative, lead projects, and make meaningful contributions to society.

Kellett is a through-train school from Reception to Year 13 with two preparatory campuses and one senior campus. Student roll currently is 1558; Senior 749; KLB Prep 327; PFL Prep 482.
