Human Resources Assistant

We're seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic and supportive team.

This role is essential to the efficient functioning of our HR department, as you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that directly impact our employees. You'll work under the guidance of the Senior HR Lead and alongside the wider HR team to ensure comprehensive support in areas such as safeguarding, recruitment, onboarding, visa management, communication, and personnel records management.

Kellett is a through-train school from Reception to Year 13 with two preparatory campuses and one senior campus. Student roll currently is 1527; Senior 717; KLB Prep 325; PFL Prep 485
