About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our very busy Admissions Department.  This will suit a person who loves to support a team and be a team player, who can multi task and enjoys being that first point of call for those enquiries.  The role is varied and has involvement in the entire student journey, from initial enquiry to the time the student leaves Kellett. The Admissions Assistant will work closely with both the Admissions Director and Admissions Manager and be a vital member of the team, with daily telephone interaction with prospective parents and existing families.

About You

Skills Required

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as spoken Cantonese/Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills particularly in database management and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Open Apply and iSAMs advantageous
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Good team player
  • Have a proactive working attitude and be able to work independently
  • Previous working experience in schools preferable
